The story begins by kidnapping two young prime minister of Russia by the terrorist group led by General Boris (Avni). The generals gave 72 hours for the freedom of members of the group who is now detained, or he detonates the Chernobyl nuclear complex under their control. Because of the gravity of the situation, the Universal Soldier program was reactivated. With respect to the previous sequel movies, this film is a direct jump from the end of the story of his first film. Van dammed Lundgren has indeed been an old but look at their performance in this film, both still have a business spur action. Universal Soldier Regeneration game show scenes from a series of spectacular new cast recruited from the famous battlefield of Commons, that the MMA and the UFC, and Andrei Arlovski, Mike Pyle and Jon Foo.
